  • Interests: I love Bibles, Bible study, and browsing Christian products. My greatest interest, though, is in encouraging others to live a life that glorifies God, especially in the area of serving with their passion(s). I also like to crochet and knit as time permits.

  • Favorite Dishes: Chicken Fingers with Honey Mustard and Fries
  • Favorite Desserts: Apple or cherry pie
  • Favorite Drinks: My fruit "shake": bananas, frozen blueberries and other frozen fruits with water, a little safflower oil and wee bit of apple cider vinegar DQ Frozen Hot Chocolate, which I've had about three times.
  • Favorite Junk Foods: Potato chips
  • My Original Recipes: Garden Hash: Cabbage, beet greens and swiss chard cooked down in olive oil with salt and pepper to taste, optional vinegar, optional (and recommended) Hormel real bacon bits. This is a "meaty" dish that goes well with southern style (sugar added) cornbread. Navy beans are an added treat.
  • Favorite Restaurants: Cracker Barrel. Too bad the closest one is 50 minutes away.
  • Foods I hate: Peas. Although my mom tells me I liked them as a baby.

Travel

  • Places I've been: 48 states and about a dozen countries I guess
  • Dream Vacation: Vacations. Mmm, yes. I dream about those.

Video Games

  • Games I Play: Before I was more focused in my passions, I played SimCity 3000 and Morrowind. Oh, and there was Myst and Riven, but I eventually gave up on the latter.
